EVERYONE DESERVES A HOME
The Good Spirit Housing Authority maintains a network of more than 600 housing units within Yorkton, Canora, and Melville Saskatchewan. We established a social housing program to provide inexpensive rental accommodation in a secure neighbourhood.
Anyone interested is welcome to apply, though we prefer adults, those 55 and older, families, people with disabilities, and people who live together to care for one or more household members.
To meet the needs of our residents, we offer a variety of houses and flats with the best features. We provide single people and families with safe, dependable, and inexpensive rental accommodation. The monthly gross household income (before taxes) calculates rent.
No pets are allowed in any of our properties, and all our properties are strictly non-smoking.
Our application is listed under “Forms” menu. We need your most current T1 General Income Tax Form submitted to Canada Revenue Agency along with your application (CRA).
Please call CRA at 1-800-267-6999 if you do not have a copy of your T1 General.

- Rent depending on income
- Maintenance personnel is available around the clock to respond to emergencies.
- Pristine, secure, and well-maintained suites for visitors of tenants
